Service Description
The small business with as minimum as one employee to big organizations-We provide wellness coaching services to all. We are HIPAA compliant. Here is what is included: Assessment and Health History questionnaire One Hour session or multiple 30 Minutes sessions (in person/virtual/ telephonic following Public Health Guidelines) . You may choose topics of your interest from the list. Variety of activities Enhance the existing wellness program Development and implementation of new wellness program.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session, please call at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel the Plan, 30 Calendar days are mandatory.
